Oak works with Kingdom Projects to grow the freshest, organic ingredients only minutes away from the restaurant. These include our signature cherry tomatoes, mint and basil.
We import our extra virgin olive oil from specialists in Greece, who have been producing their award winning, organic olive oils for over 50 years. Using a traditional harvesting method, Mycenaean collect the fruit early, ensuring excellent flavours and the maximum possible antioxidants and health properties in each olive.

Meet Executive Chef Chantel!
Chantel is from South Africa and previously lived and worked in the USA, France, Qatar and the UAE. With over a decade of experience in the culinary world, Chantel brings with her global influences from her international travels.
Chantel’s culinary repertoire flourished during her formative years at the Ritz Carlton in Florida, working with an acclaimed former White House chef, where she developed and refined her culinary techniques.
She then proceeded to Europe gaining additional experience, when her travels led her to the flavours of the Middle East; spending seven years in the UAE and Qatar as head chef at Jones the Grocer and Roux. Chantel loves to experiment with international cuisines, whilst delivering them in a healthy, signature style, without comprising taste.
Working with local farms and international suppliers, Oak is flourishing under Chantel’s guardianship.
Anna, Restaurant Manager
Anna joins the Oak team after working at luxury hotels both in Bahrain and the Maldives. Having grown up in Ukraine, Anna studied both in her home country and in Vienna.
She is an explorer who likes travelling, an amateur chef and a painter. Anna looks forward to bringing a 5* service to Oak restaurant.
